Surah At-Tin (The Fig) — Arabic text & English translation

وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ ۝١

1. By the fig and the olive,

95:1Full tafsirAsk the chat

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ ۝٢

2. By Mount Sinai,

95:2Full tafsirAsk the chat

وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ ۝٣

3. And by this land made safe;

95:3Full tafsirAsk the chat

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ ۝٤

4. Surely We created man of the best stature

95:4Full tafsirAsk the chat

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ ۝٥

5. Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low,

95:5Full tafsirAsk the chat

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ ۝٦

6. Save those who believe and do good works, and theirs is a reward unfailing.

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ ۝٧

7. So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment?

95:7Full tafsirAsk the chat

أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ ۝٨

8. Is not Allah the most conclusive of all judges?
