Surah Al-'Ankabut, verse 21: meaning and tafsir
يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ ٢١
He punishes whom He wills and shows mercy to whom He wills, and to Him you will all be returned.
