كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ ٢٣

23. It is not like this disbeliever imagines: that he has fulfilled the rights of Allah upon him, because he has not fulfilled the obligatory actions Allah put upon him.
